Course Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Introduction

  • Course fees must be paid according to the prices and payment terms stated at the time of registration.
  • If only part of the course fees is paid and the remaining amount is not paid by the specified deadline, CAD Masters reserves the right to cancel the registration.
  • Trainees may cancel their registration and request a refund according to the refund terms and applicable time periods stated in this policy.
  • If the registration is cancelled less than 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the total course fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • No refund is available if the registration is cancelled one day before the course starts or after the course has started.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the official refund request process, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Trainees may request to postpone or change the course date up to 7 days before the course start date, subject to available dates and seats.
  • If CAD Masters postpones a course for more than 14 days, the trainee is entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid.
  • In emergency situations after the course has started, such as military service or illness, the trainee may request a postponement by providing supporting documents. The request is subject to management approval and availability of an alternative date.
  • If postponement after the course has started is approved and a new date is agreed upon, an additional 10% of the course fee will be charged. The trainee will not be entitled to request another postponement.
  • If the training fees were paid by the trainee's employer or another organization, any approved refund will be paid to the party that made the payment.
  • If a trainee requests compensation for missed training sessions, the applicable compensation fee will be determined according to the number of training hours to be compensated.
  • For courses where sessions are recorded, trainees are responsible for keeping the recordings made available to them. CAD Masters is not obligated to provide copies of recordings after the course has ended.
  • CAD Masters reserves the right to postpone training sessions or courses in cases of security disturbances, restrictions, or emergency circumstances that may affect trainee safety. The postponed training will be rescheduled, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
  • CAD Masters reserves the right to offer additional discounts or special offers depending on seat availability and the time remaining before the course start date.
