Introduction to CCR: 
 is a practical training course designed to develop participants’ ability to review and analyze construction contracts from a professional perspective. 
The course focuses on identifying key contractual risks, understanding contract obligations, and analyzing critical clauses before signing. Through real contract examples from more than 100 construction contracts, participants will explore topics such as commencement dates, priority of contract documents, unforeseeable physical conditions, payment provisions, time-bar notices, and arbitration clauses.
The course also includes practical comparisons with the *FIDIC Red Book 1999*, helping participants understand how different contractual wording can affect risk allocation and project outcomes.
